How we prepare?
We use premium quality thooyamalli raw rice for making this vathal. Thooyamalli raw rice is first soaked, ground and made into rice flour which is then cooked along with the first quality tomato juice and sun dried to perfection resulting in light and crispy vathal that can be enjoyed as a snack or side dish. Jeera is added in the preparation which adds extra goodness.
