How we prepare?
Unlike preparing ghee from milk cream which most of industries follow, we follow the traditional method by converting the milk to curd, curd to butter and then to ghee.
Firstly the milk is collected from the various cow breeds like native breeds, cross breeds, jersey breed and made into curd. Then the butter is collected from the curd using traditional method called bilona.
Ghee is then prepared by gently heating butter until the water evaporates leaving behind a clear golden liquid. It is light & pure, and does not become rancid for a long time. The milk solids are then skimmed off or strained. Our pure cow ghee is then ready. It acts as a coolant to the body.
