How we prepare?
This appalam is made primarily from tapioca flour that is mixed with rice flour. It is then made as a dough with the selected spices. Traditionally the rolled out appalam is then sun dried to perfection. Tapioca Appalam is a versatile snack that can be enjoyed in various ways.
