Description
Kothavarangai vathal is a traditional South Indian snack made from sun dried cluster beans that is crispy, tangy and flavourful. With it’s unique flavour it goes well as a side dish for most of the rice dishes.
This vathal can be used to make Kothavarangai vatha kuzhambu, a traditional tamarind based Indian gravy. The dried beans can be deep fried and enjoyed as a snack.
How we prepare?
Freshly attained first quality cluster beans are washed, dried and then sun dried and seasoned with spices. No preservatives or artificial colours added. Cluster beans have all the benefits which attribute to a good and healthy human body.
Also these healthy vathals are the traditional method to store the goodness of the vegetables throughout the year which can add extra nutrition to the food.
