Description
Kanji vathal is a traditional delicacy, known for its crisp texture and delightful taste. These are made from a unique blend of rice flour and carefully selected spices, giving them a distinctive flavor that complements any meal. It is a perfect crunchy side dish for most of the rice varieties.
How we prepare?
We use first quality thooyamalli raw rice for making this vathal. Thooyamalli raw rice is first soaked ,ground and made into rice flour which is then cooked and sun dried to perfection resulting in light and crispy vathal that can be enjoyed as a snack or side dish. Jeera is added in the preparation which adds extra goodness.
