How we prepare?
Our kuthiravali noodles are made with the perfect blend of first quality wheat flour and kuthiravali flour. Wheat is being added to give the binding and texture to the noodles. Selected spices are dry roasted and ground well to give the perfect flavor to the noodles. We don’t use any flour enhancers, MSG or any other flavor enhancers, No artificial colors and preservatives.
How to Prepare?
Boil 200g Merna Noodles in 550ml litre of water for 3 minutes,drain water and keep aside, fry onions, capsicum, carrorts, cabbage and other desired vegetables in a little amount of oil and Mix Spices Masala to it add the mixed vegetables to the boiled Noodles, mix well and serve hot.
