How we prepare?

    Thaalipu vadagam is a type of seasoning made by roasting ingredients like onions, urad dal, fenugreek ,mustard seeds and other selected spices which is then sun-dried and formed into small balls or cakes. These vadagam balls are used to add flavor while seasoning to various dishes like Keerai kadayal, Vathal kuzhambu, Puli kuzhambu, Fish gravy and many more. No artificial flavours or preservatives are added.
