How we prepare?
Manathakkali vathal is prepared by soaking fresh and first quality green Manathakkali berries in a thick yogurt and salt marinade for 2 to 3 days and then sundried. This dried vathal still packs the health benefits of the fresh manathakkali berries and can be enjoyed all seasons.
