Papad(Appalam) is a very famous South Indian delicacy , a mouth watering crispy side dish/snack.
The appalams are usually fried or roasted, offering a perfect accompaniment to rice dishes. They can also be enjoyed as a standalone snack due to their savory taste and crunchy texture.
Pirandai Appalam is a healthy member from Appalam family made from Pirandai juice which is rich in vitamins and calcium.
How we prepare?
This appalam is made primarily from urad dal (Ulundhu), a legume rich in protein and essential nutrients. The urad dal is finely ground into a smooth dough and sun-dried to perfection. Pirandai juice is added to the Appalam dough during the making process.
We ensure that the first quality products are used and traditional methods are followed in the production of our Pirandai Appalam, preserving its authentic taste and texture.
