   Red Chilli Powder is one of the essential spice powder which is needed for everyday cooking. We use a combination of both desi red chillies and Kashmiri red chillies to give both spiciness and colour to the dish. How we prepare?

        Both desi red chillies and Kashmiri red chillies are dry roasted separately until crisp, cooled and then grounded to perfection. Roasting process is mainly done by us to improve the digestion process. Only the finest red chilies are used to make our red chilli powder, giving it a rich red colour and spicy flavour to the dish.
