Description
Mor Milagai is a popular South Indian dish made with green chilies that have been soaked in a curd and then sun-dried. The chilies are then fried until crispy and served as a side dish.
Mor milagai is the best accompaniment for curd rice or pazhaya sadam.
How we prepare?
Fresh, first quality spicy green chillies are marinated in curd with salt and sun-dried over a week or two. The marinating and drying processes are alternated till the liquid is all soaked up and then the chillies are dried till they are completely dehydrated.
